Usually the way I incorporate dancing into my game is by opening the usual way, and then a few minutes in start dancing with the girl, and then go back to regular conversation and sit down after a song or two.

If you’re a decent dancer – the average WASP American is terrible – you’ll create a lot of attraction.

A few things I’ve observed:

Opening on the dancefloor – I find that usually what happens is that girls open me. I don’t have a systematic way of opening targets, it’s kind of a “wait and see” approach. I would love to hear if someone out there has the dancing equivalent of an “opinion opener”, that can open almost any set.

Talking on the dancefloor – You really can’t talk much at all on the dancefloor. My conversations usually are no more than me giving her funny dancing advice and then commenting on her dancing.

Comfort – Obviously you can’t do comfort on the dance floor, so you need to get her off the dance floor at some time so you can have a deep conversation. Dancing the night away isn’t usually a solid strategy.

Sexual Kino – I avoid getting too freaky with girls on the dance floor. It’s really tempting, but it makes your phone numbers flakey. If she starts getting freaky on me, I just whisper in her ear, “not here”. We can save the freakyness for later.
