I saw on another site, little plug for Paul Janka, which mentions that Gawker hates on him, and has even made “false allegations of date rape”.
I was curious, so I looked around and found this post. As of yet, I have no reason to believe anything contained in this allegation is false at all, especially considering Janka’s dismissive reply (below this quote from Janka’s accuser).
He told me that we should either have sex or I should leave. I said I would leave. I started to stand up and he pulled me backwards and pinned me against the couch. I tried to push him off me, but couldn’t. He started touching my breasts and between my legs. I told him to let me go as I tried to deflect his hands. After a few minutes he let me up. I gathered my things.
As I was putting on my shoes he came over and grabbed my face, he squeezed until it hurt and I couldn’t move my head. The he shoved his tongue in my mouth. I pushed him off, went to the door, and was trying to unlock it when he came up behind me and wrapped one arm around my arms, making them immobile, and shoved the opposite hand down my pants. He tried to fucking finger me (unsuccessfully, I fought like a dog). I told him to stop. I struggled to get free. His only response was, “You’re turned on, aren’t you.” He wouldn’t let go. I managed to grab an umbrella propped against the wall next to me. I hit him and he backed off. I rushed out the door and I heard him laugh a little and call “bye” after me.
Now, to be fair to Paul Janka, this is just an allegation, and it’s not even an allegation of date rape, but rather an allegation of extreme creepyness and sexual assault – but whatever. I wouldn’t exactly call it “the attraction formula” though.
But what’s double fucked up is Paul Janka’s response, which isn’t even a denial. Paul Janka says:
“I’d say going on a date under false pretenses is pretty underhanded, wouldn’t you? I’m not interested in disputing her account, tit-for-tat. Suffice it to say she’s spun it to serve her interests.”
So Paul Janka doesn’t even deny what happened. He tries to paint himself as a victim. I know there is just a he-said, she-said story going on here, and there are some women out there in the world who are messed up and would make a false allegation like that, but Janka’s non-denial sets off my bullshit detectors.
Maybe I’m going off a bit half-cocked here, but seriously, the last thing the community needs right now is a narcissistic date rapist for a pickup instructor. I don’t care if he has game, or how much his Ebook pays in commissions. If those of us who are in this scene want to honestly believe that we’re a bunch of guys interested in “self improvement”, and who are doing a good thing by helping awkward guys get women, then we need to take a stand and speak up against this kind of bullshittery.

It’s not the claims that bother me, it’s the lack of a real denial of the claims that I have a problem with.
And as for serving my business – my business is served when I build a reputation for being smart, honest and unafraid to say what’s on my mind.
In this case, that means speaking out about a guy who I believe is a really bad role model, and makes us all look bad.

I couldnt agree more with Nate. 10magnet you are a diabolical and evil human being, to sit there and dismiss paul janka (a man you know nothing about). To me your no better then all of those women who dismiss the seduction community without even doing any kind of research on how it changes the lives of many men. One last point, I think tenmagnet is just jealous of Paul Janka’s successs, I mean after all Paul Janka has had many tv appearances and is well known; on the other hand no one could tell the difference between tenmagnet and a whole in the wall. who are you people to say that what Paul is doing is wrong. The main point of this is for men who don’t have any idea how to pick up women. Doesn’t anybody know how shy most men are to walk up to a women. Most of the women take advantage of the guy and they got whatever they want. Plus if a women asked a a shy man out he would say yes in a minute. If shy men asked a women out it would take while before that happens. It also doesn’t matter what the men’s intentions are, it only matters what the women thinks and if she likes the guy then they should go out.

well to me paul janka is the only one who has given real statistics of his success.. which makes him far better than anyone. He can get relationships if he wants which makes him better than any other “PUA” cus only neil strauss seems to have managed to get a girlfriend out of all this. He has proved on national tv that he can also get other people to succeed with that nardeep guy. Also he has an unbreakable calm confidence and can handle himself on national tv very well. I have yet to see anyone be successful with mysterys bullshit and mystery himself as analytical as he is hasnt given any indication to how successful he is.
