Your “afc” buddies don’t have to be good at game to be decent wingmen, they just need to NOT blow you out or make you look bad. In fact, a really nice, inoffensive AFC wingman is often better than a beginning PUA wingman – they don’t get laid, but they don’t mess up either.
So you don’t need to teach your AFC buddies game, you just have to teach them the wingman rules. And you have to explain it in a way that an AFC guy can understand.
Really, the only rule that is 100% true is: no disrespecting your wingman, and this includes trying to take his girl. Put it this way: “Dude, what does it say about you that you would disrespect your friend, who as far as they know is your best buddy in the world, to impress some girl you met five minutes ago? It makes you look like a bad friend, and a desparate horndog. If you treat me like I’m cooler than the girls, and I treat you the same way, we both look like a bunch of cool guys who are good friends and don’t give a shit. That’s the way we gotta be.”
Most guys will understand the logic in that and go along.
The other things I’ll teach an AFC wingman is stuff like “when I TEASE a girl, that means I like her”, so they know not to step on your toes. Sometimes an afc dude will take a run of the mill neg as an opportunity to hit on your girl, since you obviously don’t like her (lol).
Finally, sometimes you have to blow a few sets so that your buddies really get it – that you’re not going to open sets and then let them steal girls from you.
